The VBD-CH-S4B model is a black LED aluminum channel made of anodized aluminum material and has a black color. The diffuser type includes a PC black frosted cover, a PC clear cover (sold separately), a PC black cover (sold separately), and a 30 degree clear lens (sold separately). The diffuser material is made of polycarbonate (PC).
This model is compatible with LED strips up to 12mm in width and includes end caps (1 pair) as accessories. It can be installed using a recessed or flush mount or surface mount method. Additionally, there are several accessories sold separately that include 4 pairs of endcaps (VBD-ENCH-S4B), 6 pcs of mounting clips (VBD-CLCH-S4), and 1 pair of adjustable brackets (VBD-BR-S4S5).
The VBD-CH-S4B model is popular for use in cabinets, shelves, closets, staircase, decorative and vanity lighting applications, and is designed to prevent visible spots from the LED strip. It can be cut using a regular hack saw and can be used for both indoor and outdoor projects. It acts as a heat sink for the LED strip, increasing the lifetime of the LEDs. The diffuser helps in reducing light glare and gives protection from dust and any kind of damage to the LEDs.
