The VBD-CH-RFW7 LED Aluminum Channel is a wide-profile lighting channel manufactured from anodized aluminum with a silver-grey finish. It features a frosted polycarbonate (PC) diffuser that is heat-resistant, UV-stable, and shatter-resistant, providing a clean, uniform lighting appearance while protecting the LED sheets installed inside.

The channel is designed to accommodate LED sheet lights for wide-area linear illumination. Its aluminum construction provides structural support and helps dissipate heat generated by the LEDs. The frosted diffuser helps reduce visible LED hotspots and glare, making it suitable for architectural lighting, ceiling installations, workspaces, and general illumination applications.

The VBD-CH-RFW7 features a channel width of 200 mm (7.87") and a height of 38.48 mm (1.51"). It is available in two lengths: 2.4 meters (7.8 ft) and 3 meters (9.8 ft). Multiple channel sections can be arranged to accommodate longer lighting installations.

The channel is compatible with a range of Veroboard LED sheet lights, including 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, tunable white (2700K–6000K), RGBW, and addressable RGB/RGBW options. These LED sheets are sold separately and offer dot-free illumination when used with the channel.
