The VBD-CH-R2 LED Aluminum Channel is a linear profile made of anodized aluminum with a silver grey color. It is available in two sizes, 2 meters (78.7 inches), 2.4 meters (94.4 inches) and 3 meters (118 inches), and is compatible with LED strip widths of up to 22mm. The diffuser type is frosted and made of polycarbonate (PC) material, which protects the LEDs from dust and damage while reducing light glare. The dimensions vary depending on the place of delivery, and the channel comes with one pair of end caps with wiring holes.
This channel can be used for various indoor and outdoor projects, such as offices, libraries, closets, and ceilings. It can be mounted on the surface using double-sided tape or screws, or recessed in a groove. The channel acts as a heat sink for the installed LED strip, which increases the lifespan of the LEDs. It can be cut with a regular hacksaw, and several lengths can be positioned together.
Additional accessories are sold separately, including four pairs of end caps and six mounting clips. The channel is also compatible with mounting brackets for ceiling applications.
