The VBD-CH-C4B Black Corner Mount Square LED Aluminum Channel is a linear aluminum channel designed to be used with LED strip lights up to 20mm wide. It comes in two sizes: 2400mm (94.4 inches) and 3000mm (118 inches) and is made of anodized aluminum with a matt black finish. The diffuser material is made of polycarbonate (PC) and is frosted to reduce light glare, protect the LEDs from damage and dust, and resist UV rays and moisture.
This channel is suitable for a range of indoor/outdoor projects, including cabinets, shelves, closets, decorative, and vanity lighting applications. It can be cut to size using a regular hack saw and mounted onto the surface using double-sided tape or screws. Additionally, it can be recessed into a groove to achieve a flush installation.
The VBD-CH-C4B acts as a heat sink for the LED strip, which helps to increase the lifetime of the LEDs. It also comes with end caps (1 pair) with wiring holes for easy installation. The channel can be combined with additional lengths to achieve the desired length.
Accessories sold separately include 2 pairs of end caps (VBD-ENCH-C4B) and 6 mounting clips (VBD-CLCH-C4). This channel is suitable for outdoor use with waterproof strip lights rated IP 66 or higher, and the end caps should be sealed with silicon to prevent water damage.
