Warranty and Returns
We at Veroboard are confident that our customers will be 100% satisfied with their purchase. However, in any case, if there was a need to return or exchange a product for any reason, we provide a return credit or a replacement. Veroboard products are guaranteed by us when purchased which means, there will be a 5-year limited warranty on all our products to ensure customer satisfaction. We are pleased to assist our buyers with any of their Veroboard product return needs.
If you need to initiate a return request, please follow the instruction below.  Otherwise, please contact our support team at support@veroboard.com with any questions you may have or for submitting your feedback.
Steps:
1. Please use the form below to provide basic information that will allow us to process your return request.
2. Once the form is completed and information is sent to our team, you will receive an email confirmation and a Veroboard support member will contact you within 24/48 hours.
3. If your return is complying our return policy, we will provide you with shipping instructions. If your return is not in compliance with our return policy, we will reach out and coordinate alternative steps and tips.
4. Once our support team has verified the return product, we will issue return credit. Please review our return policy carefully. Note that the qualified Returns will be eligible for a credit within 90 days from date of original purchase minus a 10% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
